as i’m experiencing an unreliable connection again, i won’t be streaming today.
unfortunately, china is doing its thing again disrupting vpn services. (this happens several times a year). this means that since wednesday i have been cut off from most of the internet. i do not have access to youtube or any other google website or service, nor to twitch, facebook, reddit, soundcloud, twitter, wikipedia, and others.
usually my vpn provider finds workarounds very quickly, but this time it turns out to be more difficult.
restream.io, which i use for streaming simultaneously to youtube and twitch, is not itself blocked. but the login cookie expired, and i am now unable to login, because the recaptcha doesn’t load, which i suspect is served by google, which is blocked.
so until this situation is resolved, i am unable to stream, unable to upload videos, and unable to react to messages on youtube, twitch, facebook, soundcloud, etc.
