OK for generative after trying so many ways. here is the best combo I have found. Pamelas Pro Workout with Slips. There is nothing else that can get you there this way.

One thing I found out is to sync PPW to Clkd is that you have to use one of the smaller clocks and mult by 24 and for the PPW Run input set it to Reset and send either rest or run signal from Clkd to that input. (Im still looking for a better smaller clock but haven’t found it yet)
