2.5.1 update will not run

I have downloaded and tried to install the new update but nothing happens. It does not install. Win 11 64 bit. I have now done a complete uninstall of 2.4.1 and tried to install 2.5.1. Still nothing happens after the install dialogue appears and I click yes.
