Have been into digital music since 1998 or so, started with a cd from Computer Music Magazine and then purchased a copy of Acid Rock 1.0. Since then I have learned to use several versions of Acid and Magix, as well as some freeware DAW’s, and various plugins and vsti’s. Lost my creative edge and took a break from the scene for several years, and just starting to get back into it, I happened upon VCV Rack. Always wanted to own a modular synth, but just don’t have the money. VCV Rack is the perfect way to learn what does what, and how to build/play/utilize a hardware modular system eventually.
