Hi can VCV rack 2 vst play polyphonic notes from the DAW on modules that are not using polyphonic cables?
No. Mono modules take mono signals and produce mono sound.
Use split module than duplicate amount of oscillator you want and then use mixer to merge it back to stereo or whatever you like signal
