VCV Rack Pro 2.0.4 Not Showing Up In Reaper

I have performed numerous re-scans in Reaper, and several path combinations and restarts of Reaper, still nothing. Through all re-scans I have kept VCV Rack Pro closed. Reaper doesn’t find VCV Rack Pro as a VST or VSTi

Where did you put the VST during the VCV Rack install? Does Reaper look in that folder?

yes, I believe Reaper is looking at the folder that VCV created upon install: documents/Rack2/plugins is where the last attempt at scanning was left.

The default location for VST installation in Windows is C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins

solved! I added that path, and removed the one I added…
