On mac osx high sierra, I get a hang-crash when I duplicate the audio-8 module which is set to core audio built-in output and then try to select the built-in microphone from the duplicated module.
If I add the another audio-8 module from the browser instead of duplicating one and then select microphone then it works no prob.
Not sure were to post theses bug reports.
