With Stroke, I also use Esc for Reset
mouse wheel zoom would be much appreciated as an option. I’m often patching with one hand and this would mean I never have to touch the keyboard again.
vvvv and blender nodes both use wheel to zoom, and I prefer to zoom in and out with zoom centered around the cursor rather than scroll. helps me with remembering the structure of the patch.

For one-handed mouse/pen/touch use, I’ve often wanted on-screen Cttrl/Alt/Shift targets to be able to use modifiers: Click to add the modifier, then do whatever mouse action with the modifier added. You could choose two behaviors: toggle, where you click again to release the modifier, or Auto where the modifiers release when the next mouse gesture is done.
