V/OCT isn't responding... period even with MIDI

Hey guys (and gals):

Been using VCV 2 for a minute and I’ve been noticing on a lot of my Osc modules the V/Oct interface either does not work, or it will stop working.

When I use my Arturia (or even a lot of sequencer modules) the Gate works fine, but I get nothing when it comes to “voltage” going from either sources to any other modules. I also tried to look elsewhere for info.

What could be the problem so I can possibly fix it?
