I bought the symmetry module from stOev, the red dot was there on the library and I updated and restarted. Neither Symmetry not stOev appear in my library. symmetry is not there if I search and under brands. no stOev. I am not sure how to go about getting it to show up after doing what ive done with literally hundreds of others.
Can anyone help me figure this out? I am running windows 10 pro, 64 gb ram, amd Rizon 5 I think, something fast. I have rebooted, restarted VCV Rack, tried to find a way to restore purchases, which sometimes helps. nothing is working help
