(Solved) How do you increase the range of Midi-CC input signal?

I’m trying to control a mixer (MindMeld Mix Master) with my midi controller. By default the incoming signal can only set a level between no sound and -10 on the mixer volume fader. How do i get it to cover the full range from nothing to +6? Thanks

(push the fader up to the top)
