If you haven’t upgraded to version 2.0.3 or later, please do.
That last error message about cables sounds like a problem that was fixed in 2.0.3: “Fix crash when patch attempts to add a cable that connects to a valid Port but an inexistent PortWidget”.
(Also update your Rack plugins, because there are recent bugfixes to be found there as well.)
