Props to Support

I wanted to give a nod to the folks supporting Pro 2. I had an issue and, since support is part of the package, I figured I’d give it a shot. It was kind of big issue for me, so I was anxious but I assume everybody’s been overrun since the release, so I wasn’t expecting much.

I emailed with my info. About an hour later I had a response saying we see the issue and it will be addressed in the next module release. I asked if there was an ETA and. a few minutes later, was told to check my library. Boom. There was the release. Problem solved.

That level of service is so worth the $99. Hell, it’s worth a lot more.

Wanted to try it in the community, as I expected support would be swamped right now (and the answer might be of general interest), but the community could not really answer, so I tried support: I got direct answers, both yesterday night (after 12pm) and this morning (around 7 am). Incredible!

I do hope that Andrew takes a rest every now and then, as it was him both times who answered…
