i hooked everything up right im pretty sure, yet for some reason when i play, all inputs show on the envelope and VCA, but only one (if any sometimes it just plays nothing completely random if it chooses to play anything or which note but it seems to be a maximum of 1).
i have no idea whats going wrong and ive found no one else with this same problem. is it a bug or did i mess something up?
Where does the purple cable coming from the VCA go to. Perhaps to a module that does not support polyphony? It could be any module between the VCA and your final output.
Probably easier to diagnose if you post the patch that is failing.
If you want polyphony, right click the MIDI-CV module and make sure the Polyphony channels setting is something other than Monophonic.
The OP says polyphony is showing up on the ADSR and VCA. Also the screen capture shows polyphonic cables to/from the VCO, ADSR, and VCA. So I assume the problem is downstream.
Also, a monophonic module downstream could explain the intermittent mono output, depending on the selected MIDI poly mode.
I guess this problem may be solved by using VCV’s SUM module after the VCA.
