Plugin delay compensation - vsts in Host are slightly delayed

Has anyone got a simple workaround to get the rest of a patch to sync up with the slightly laggy vst inside host? Ive set the block size to 512(23ms) to handle my hungry vst, but the delay is quite audible

Bus Route can give you a delay up to 999 samples:

Glue the Giant Bus Route

Usage:

• connect the signal to be delayed to Bus In
• turn one of the Sample Delay knobs to the desired value
• grab the delayed signal on Bus Out
