Patch too big or do i need a new pc?

I have one of these in my template for use as a multi channel scope. If I need more detail I just grab a VCV or CM scope.

What is this supposed to do? I have it running but all I get is a single steady tone.

no,you are right. they are not neccessary, but i use them a lot to analyze the different points. and yes i will use the oscilloskop or submarine and throw out the scopes.

I couldnā€™t inspect the AUDIO settings in the patch because I was missing a lot of plugins, but If I hear crackling on my 2018 MacBook Pro (with 2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5), I increase the ā€œBlock sizeā€ in the AUDIO module, I usually keep it at 1024, but any time I change the output device it reverts to the default 256, and often the crackles show up.

[edit - Oh. Now I see that Lars mentioned it in bullet point #4 of his ā€œOk, so here goes - Larsā€™ explanation of Rack performanceā€ post: Modules with ARM builds! - #28 by LarsBjerregaard ]

thank you for your testing. i still in the process of viewing processmeter, changing modules and checkout the functionalities. but reduce framerate brings a lot here.

yesterday i replaced shapemaster with dhe scannibal sequencer.

how could i overlook it! it works out of the box with my ramped voltage phasor, backwards also. and it honors the influence of the befaco attenuators (afg1+2). i also replace the modules to create the ramp with only one module from nysthi. and after a small tweak it runs better then the old ones.

i will test to replace the different small modules with another scannibal or the other dhe sequencer.

wonderful ones! btw: scannibal uses halve process power than shapemaster.

Tried lots of things to fix sound that was breaking up, then decided to clipboard copy the patch and start a new patch. Deleted default modules, pasted the clipboard and that had it sounding good. Why? Donā€™t know, perhaps some in the community do. Just want to share a trick that worked for me.

for me decreasing framerate and use vcv processmeter to identify bad modules gives a bit more quality. but for my huge patch it is not error free. to zoom in brings a bit also, because vcv does not have to render much.

My patch wasnā€™t large and paring it down didnā€™t help, also did the things you mention. My problem probably had a different cause than yours. Scannibal is cool.
