Panels (Height from tutorial)

Followed the panel tutorial.

  1. get a transparent panel ok.
  2. The height appears wrong on Linux latest build as it all appears higher controls than placed. The X placement is fine.

A botch was to place an offset of 28 extra on the y coordinate.
