My panels are showing up blank or without the designs on them for some reason. I reinstalled VCV and it still shows up like this (see picture). It seems to only be with the VCV Rack modules.
look at the log. not doubt it is failing to load your panel SVG. Assuming you do have a panel SVG and are loading it.

I solved it.
I use OneDrive and I wasn’t signed in. I wasn’t signed in because for some reason windows disabled One Drive.
I had to follow this guide to fix it: OneDrive won't start - Microsoft Support
After I did that, I found out that even after I deleted VCV, the SVG for the module was actually still in my Documents folder even after uninstalling. I deleted that and reinstalled VCV Rack and got it working!
