My overall goal: to use “rapidness” of triggers as a control parameter. I want to tap a MIDI button and have a CV rise/fall as I tap faster/slower. I think I need something like a stopwatch, with an Out for the “lap” times and from there, I can sample&hold and attenuate measurements. The closest thing I can think of is a tap-tempo, but I don’t need it to guess at an overall “rate.”
Any modules that could help me build this mechanism, or any workarounds?
