Ah yeah, I forgot that I did that :sweat_smile: Btw, why is it not in the library?

Since making the patch that uses the MCP, I bought VCV Rack Pro and when I loaded the patch in VCV Rack CLAP plugin, that’s when it showed this error. Is there something about the MCP plugin that makes it not work inside VCV Rack audio plugin? It would be great if it would also work in that :slight_smile:

Not on a mac, and don’t have VCV Rack pro, but the reason it’s not in the library has something to do with the name of the plugin. Link 1 in my previous post.

Maybe you need to install the plugin in another folder ? When you go to

is there a a folder called

  • ~/Library/Application Support/Rack2/plugins-mac-arm64/ on Apple Silicon
  • ~/Library/Application Support/Rack2/plugins-mac-x64/ on Intel Macs

And inside that is there a folder called :

VCVRackMcpServer ?
