NORSIQ is indeed venomously great (it’s the star of this patch)…
…but one cannot load scala files into that module. 
Yeah, I had hoped to add scala file support, but never got around to it.
If I create my proposed 2nd quantizer with scala file support, then I will add it to NORSIQ as well.
