How do I subscribe to a plugin?

I’m having the same problem. I emailed support. I’m also using a Mac, and I tried Firefox and Safari as browsers… nothing. Using VCV Free Rack 2.

On a related note, here’s a thread where someone writes about not having “add” buttons - which I also experience:

Add button not available for modules for me

It’s been 3 days and I’ve tried different browsers, restarting, waiting, and nothing has been working. It appears as if the “add” button on all the modules has disappeared. I’m on MacOS and have tried both chrome and safari. Any help is appreciated please!
