help needed: how to refresh/rescan plugins list in Host (fx)? I have some vst plugins that appear in other hosts but not in the vcv rack 2’s Host (fx) module… maybe I need to rescan somehow the plugin dir?! or what is the sollution …?!

remove the folder from the dropdown menu and than add it again - it worked for me

still doesn’t work by deleting/re-adding the vst dir…
but I figured out why exactly!
Host (fx and the others) doesn’t search in subdirs- only the plugs in the root dir are used to populate the list… So - if you have my problem, just add the subdir with the plugins in the Host (fx)! ( even if this subdir is inside your vst dir ! )
