If you google “discord vcv” is it literally the first hit that you get.
The single reply to a thread that is 3 years old from an account created only hours ago and a post that slightly odd, suggest to me that this is a bot, though its purpose seems unclear… maybe it is a bot that is trying to use AI to generate forum posts?

I guess your guess is spot on. Googlin’ the username Tonzypam yields various suspicious looking and (very) recent contributions on various platforms.
Below an example of a site that blocked Tonzypam (because it was deemed a bot).
I guess with the current developments in AI this will happen more and more and will be harder and harder to detect and defend against…
