Brutal Midi-Out timing jitter

I recently got a MOTU M4 what works fine with Ableton Live so far (including the midi-out).

With VCV2 Midi-Out (VCV core CV->Midi module) the jitter is so bad it’s basically unusable. Have tried different clocks without improvment.

Any other way to send midi events out to hardware then these virtual CV2Midi conversion?

I’m unclear on exactly what you’re trying to achieve.

  • What midi events are you trying to send?
  • What device are you trying to send them to?
  • Rack in DAW, or standalone?
