Modular Fungi Opsylloscope does, using my code from the Entrian plugins, with my permission, which puts that code under a BSD license.

Modular Fungi isn’t available for 2.0 “for now”, but if it was the window management source code you were looking for, I don’t think it would need major changes to work with 2.0.
