Are sliders possible in a model?

I’m trying to badger my brother into programming a pitch sequencer, and it’s always lovely to see vertical sliders representing pitch, rather than knobs. Thanks!

There are many sequencers with sliders available. What exactly are you asking for?

There are two answers to this (or three).

  1. as people point out, there are sliders already that you can just use.
  2. you can make absolutely any UI you want for a “widget”. As long is the widget edits a single float value it will fit into the framework easily. 1.5 you can of course take any existing open source widget and hack it up (re-skin it), as long as you follow the license agreement.
