Ah, never mind, it looks like it’s this one:

2.13.0 is hanging in the library update ( constant red dot) on my windows 10 vcv 2.5.2.machine. EDIT, I’m also on 2.6.3 (DontKnowWhy I thought I was on 2.5.2 ) Installed the nightly 2.14.0. and that works.
